Serves 4

1/2 purple cabbage

For the dressing: 

1/2 cup Raglan Greek flavoured coconut yoghurt

1 splash of apple cider vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 lemon (juice)

1 Tbs rice malt syrup

Splash of extra virgin olive oil

Salt & pepps


1. Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.

2. Thinly slice your cabbage then mix in your dressing and enjoy.
