What would you expect clients to find, as a result of eating Prep’s Fitness Packs?

All of the fitness pack meals are designed with flexibility in mind, and can therefore be a part of a range of different goal-specific nutrition plans. Each meal has a generous serving of protein alongside high volume whole ingredients, and so I would expect those with both performance and body composition specific goals to see a noticeable improvement in energy, satiety, recovery and performance when utilising the fitness packs as the foundation or add-on to their nutrition plan.

What specific feature of the Fitness packs do you like the most?

The flavour and variety! I love the fitness packs too!My favourite part about the fitness packs would definitely be the wide range of meals available. It’s pretty common to end up feeling quite restricted when following any nutrition plan, and so having such a huge variety of macro-friendly meals definitely keeps the whole process a lot more enjoyable for me.

What would be 3 other benefits of this product?

Since these meals are all high in protein and also include plenty of higher volume wholefoods, they’ll keep you full for longer while also helping with the recovery and maintenance of that hard-earned muscle to keep the metabolism up. They’re also super convenient and easy to reheat, so that you don’t have to go hungry or put your goals on hold just because you’re on the go.

Why would you recommend this product?

I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to work towards some sort of health or fitness related goal; whether it’s your first half marathon, a pair of jeans you want to fit into, or just feel more energised throughout the day. I strongly believe that the best nutrition plan for you is the one that you enjoy and can stick to, and having such a huge variety of great-tasting healthy meals at your fingertips definitely sounds pretty enjoyable to me.
