What would you expect clients to find, as a result of eating Prep meals?
I have referred many of my clients onto Prep plant based meals as most of my clients are time poor when it comes to eating healthy, balanced meals. I know that Prep cooks seasonally and provides there clients with a great macro and micronutrient balance in their meals.
Many of my clients are omnivores but they love that they can choose plant based meals that are full of flavour and variety. This is something that a lot of people struggle with is coming up with meal ideas that are cost effective, time efficient and tastes delicious.
My clients love that they are environmentally friendly and source their ingredients locally too!
