Add 1 tonic shot to a glass of warm water and stir. Once dissolved drink at once. You can also add a squeeze of lemon as well if you like.

How To Heat Prep Meals

For best results

Heat from frozen in a non-stick frying pan on low-medium heat for 10 minutes with a bit of water with the lid on, breaking it up halfway.

From frozen

Place in microwave with lid on for 2 minutes, then break up the most frozen part in the middle then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 15-25 minutes until piping hot.

From defrosted

Place in microwave with lid on for 1 minute, give a good stir then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
