Just as Dan our chef’s Grandma used to cook up when he was a boy. A rich garlic & sweet soy sauce stir-fry with flash sautéed broccoli florets, roasted capsicums and green beans. Finished with golden, roasted to perfection, cashew nuts and sticky white rice with edamame beans.

How To Heat Prep Meals
For best results
Heat from frozen in a non-stick frying pan on low-medium heat for 10 minutes with a bit of water with the lid on, breaking it up halfway.
Place in microwave with lid on for 2 minutes, then break up the most frozen part in the middle then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 15-25 minutes until piping hot.
Place in microwave with lid on for 1 minute, give a good stir then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
