It’s a flavoursome vegan Chinese style ‘meat’ sauce that is made from TVP (textured vegetable protein), caramelised onions, Chinese spices, chilli and gluten free soy sauce. Served on fluffy brown rice with sweet baby carrots and broccoli florets.

How To Heat Prep Meals
For best results
Heat from frozen in a non-stick frying pan on low-medium heat for 10 minutes with a bit of water with the lid on, breaking it up halfway.
Place in microwave with lid on for 2 minutes, then break up the most frozen part in the middle then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 15-25 minutes until piping hot.
Place in microwave with lid on for 1 minute, give a good stir then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
