EACH CHRISTMAS BANQUET SERVES 2 HUNGRY PEOPLE

 

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

Defrost in fridge the night before for best results.
For the mousses, leave in fridge until ready to devour.
Preheat oven to 200•CTake all the lids off and replace with tin foil.Put the tofurkey in the oven for 10 minutes on the middle rack.After 10 minutes add the roast veges, the cauli brocc with cheese sauce, and the gravy.

Cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take the tinfoil off everything and separate the middle (where it stays coldest longest), for the tofurkey, pierce the middles with a knife.

Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until piping hot inside.
Cooking times may vary between appliances so heat accordingly to yours.

How To Heat Prep Meals

For best results

Heat from frozen in a non-stick frying pan on low-medium heat for 10 minutes with a bit of water with the lid on, breaking it up halfway.

From frozen

Place in microwave with lid on for 2 minutes, then break up the most frozen part in the middle then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 15-25 minutes until piping hot.

From defrosted

Place in microwave with lid on for 1 minute, give a good stir then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
