Ingredients and Nutrition

Leeks, potatoes, Vutter (coconut oil (58%), sunflower oil, water, sunflower lecithin, Himalayan rock salt, organic apple cider vinegar, & turmeric *made in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, soy and sesame seeds), sunflower micro herbs, vegetable stock, garlic, salt, pepper.


Made in a kitchen handling peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, gluten, sulphites and soy products.


How To Heat Prep Meals

For best results

Heat from frozen in a non-stick frying pan on low-medium heat for 10 minutes with a bit of water with the lid on, breaking it up halfway.

From frozen

Place in microwave with lid on for 2 minutes, then break up the most frozen part in the middle then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 15-25 minutes until piping hot.

From defrosted

Place in microwave with lid on for 1 minute, give a good stir then place in oven with lid on at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
