Raw Broccoli Salad

This has been a team favourite heading into Summer.This is a super nutritious and delicious alternative to your regular lettuce and tomato salad.As always the only limit to what you can add is your imagination!


½ Brocolli head (raw)

2 Carrots (use a julienne peeler to create strips – you can pick these up for $2)

1 stalk of Spring Onion

¼ Red cabbage

1 small Bok choy



We recommend using Hellmans Vegan Mayo but any vegan mayo will do.

Mix 3 Tbspns of mayo with 1 Tbspn of mustard


Options to add:

Fried Shallots

Toasted Seeds

Crispy Noodles

Chopped Nuts


Chop all raw vegies and place in a bowl . Use a julienne peeler for the carrots.

Add nuts, toasted seeds, shallots – whatever takes your fancy.

Mix the dressing and add to bowl. Mix thoroughly until all vegies are coated thoroughly.
